Had a phone call from Heiner today regarding my multiple battery installation for extremely remote solo operations. Heiner immediately pointed out a more robust option for my requirements, and in doing so probably down-sold himself. Advice from a Pro that saves me time and money and also meets my primary requirement of increasing the durability ( as well as idiot proofing:) ). It's a thing that many businesses don't understand these days....it's called Really Good service. Thank you Perthpro. I just don't know why I didn't book the call before I made the new battery leads......:(

Bought a Egon DC hub and so far couldn't be happier with it.what a well finished piece of kit. looking forward to seeing other products come out from the team here.Its a pity the relay hub wasn't launched as im 1/2 way through my build now and would have loved to put one in it.Love to get my hands on one early, it may make it into my build

Needed a new NOCO 24volt battery charger. Sure enough this lot have them listed for $329. But NO, It's listed alright but discontinued and unavailable. Just bait to get you to their site and sell you a much more expensive model.

I bought one of the customised National Luna & Redarc dual battery systems with a 100AH lithium battery, which is hands down the best portable battery system on the market. I had that installed with a custom wiring harness along with a UHF radio system. Outstanding service and workmanship. The staff were extremely accommodating and Heiner was a fountain of technical information. I will definitely be going back in the future to get additional work done.

A huge shout out to the team at Perth Pro, their customer service , products and support have been next level while I have been building my DIY system. Every staff person has been of great assistance. When I have been stuck with time crunches with Covid, needing the smallest of pieces to finish off the setup they were able to organise next day delivery so that I could get it done and on the road for a big trip up north.

I ordered quite a few items for a 4x4 electrical setup. The only delivery issue I had was with a dangerous goods item (battery) that the shipping company sent to the wrong address and I had to go retrieve. The Egon hub is brilliant, it makes an amateur like me feel pretty good about my wiring skills :) It is very simple and easy to wire up. The whole system has worked flawlessly. Thanks to the team at Perth Pro for their You Tube guidance, professionalism with lost goods and the quality and ease of the Egon hub! Cheers, Shane

These people are the ducks nuts. Good quality cable, connectors, switches and Victron gear to boot. If you are not up to doing your own install, they do that for you. Make sure you book ahead though, they are that good, you have to wait. Always a good sign.

Visited the showroom yesterday to look at National Luna fridges. Sarah was fantastic at taking me through the pros and cons of different sizes based on my needs. These guys have the the best prices for these fridges in Perth I think, and a wide range of other quality gear in stock. I ended up walking out with a fridge and very happy with the level of service. Highly recommended.
